You often get lists with parcels that are not formatted the proper way for running them in different queries. This tool solves that problem, all you need to know is how the pattern looks like ie 00-00-00-0000, let the tool know and you are good to go and get your data formatted the proper way.
From inputs you put in a file to be imported for processing, tell it which column has the parcel # and just hit process, in a blitz you get the results on a new file.
Also, for those MAC Lovers! You can use this tool or any of our other tools with MAC, but you need to set up the Parallels Desktop Windows. Please watch this video.
