PROPERTY DATA RECORD ENHANCER
To help clean/append missing city, state, county to your property data this is the go to tool. All it needs is for you to tell it which columns are city, state and zip, than based on the zip and a static list of 40k+ zips (which you can edit and add to) it appends the data to the missing fields.
A nice additon is that it has an option to append the county name as well.
The tool has a feature that will allow you to split the data based on city, state, zip or county (that got appended via the tool), you can specify how many records to have per each file and it has 3 types of exports (excel, csv or txt)
This tool is very, very smart. If there is a missing zip code you can add to it and it will be used for the data processing next time you run it.
We have uploaded about 40,000 zip codes but you can modify or add more.
